Jabulani is a private and self-contained apartment
in a luxurious house in the up-market suburb of Summerstrand
in Port Elizabeth, ideally located close to many of the best
amenities and attractions yet in a quiet neighbourhood,
making for an excellent holiday home.

entertainment complex with its shops, restaurants and
cinemas
- 1.6 km from the nearest of Port
Elizabeth's excellent beaches
- 5 km from St George's Park cricket
stadium
- 5 km from Port Elizabeth Airport
- 10 km (15 mins drive) from the
rugby/soccer stadium
Accommodation : The apartment provides three double
bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom
with spa bath and shower while there is a second (shower)
bathroom. All three of these bedrooms open up via
sliding doors onto the pool area.
There
are two lounges. The main lounge is spacious and also
opens onto the pool area. As well as its comfortable
furnishings there are DSTV and an indoor braai/fireplace.
The second lounge is cosy and well separate from the main
lounge, ideal for a quiet read away from the TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a
dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. There is
a separate dining room in which to enjoy your meals.
Outside, the pool area is large, private and sheltered from
the wind. There is comfortable undercover seating
where you can also eat in the fresh air. A gas braai
(barbecue) stands ready for your use.

- The apartment is let on a self-catering basis although breakfast can be provided
by arrangement at extra cost.
Tariffs :
Considering the location, facilities and quality, our rates
are quite reasonable at R1000 per day for the entire
apartment or R500 a day for one room only.

On occasion the owners
will be in residence in their wing of the house.
If not, the caretaker will be available to assist with
any services required.

From the Airport : turn right out of the airport
precincts, follow the road to the first traffic light and
turn right into La Roche. At the second traffic light,
turn right into Strandfontein. Take the second left
into McArthur and the second left into McIlwraith.

From the City : follow the M4 (Settlers Way)
south until the road bears right with a sign to the Airport
and Casino. Follow the road over the hill and at the
first traffic light go straight into Strandfontein.
